1. What is Heritage Collection Rewards?
Heritage Collection Rewards is our bespoke loyalty program that is geared to reward loyal guests for making us their choice accommodation.
2. How do I earn points from Heritage Collection Rewards?
It is simple! With every SGD1 spent on a booking made directly on our website, you’ll earn 10 Heritage Points (HP). Points will be credited to your membership account after successful payment of bookings. These are the eligible properties where you can earn and redeem points:
• Heritage Collection on Arab
• Heritage Collection on Seah
• Heritage Collection on Boat Quay (Quayside Wing)
• Heritage Collection on Boat Quay (South Bridge Wing)
• Heritage Collection on Clarke Quay
• Heritage Collection on Chinatown
• Heritage Collection on Pagoda
Example – You’ve made a booking for 10 nights at a total amount of S$1,500 nett. You will earn you 15,000 points.
3. What and how can I redeem with my Heritage Points?
You can use your points to offset the value amount on future room bookings with us. Please note redemptions can only be done at the booking summary page.
Following the example above – Your new booking is for 5 nights at a total of $750. At the booking summary page, you are able to apply up to 15,000 points to offset the first amount. After applying the full 15,000 points, your total is now $600 which will be paid by credit or debit card.
Each Heritage Point is valued at S$0.01 at time of redemption.
4. What else can I use my points for?
As we are a fully rooms-only accommodation provider, points are only be used to offset your final bill on room bookings.
5. Can I use my Heritage Points and seasonal promo codes concurrently in my booking?
You can only enjoy a maximum of ONE (1) type of reward for each booking. Members can enjoy exclusive discounted rates and earn points after logging in their account, while non-members can use our seasonal promo codes to enjoy savings without having to join us as a member. If you prefer to use our seasonal promo codes instead of your member rates, do complete your booking without logging-in.
6. I have made two reservations with continuous dates at the same property. Can I redeem points for the second booking?
Members are not allowed to redeem points for the second booking if the dates are continuous. Members can only redeem points for the second booking (continuous dates) if booked at a separate property within the portfolio. All bookings with points redemption will be audited and if identified, points will be returned to member.
7. Does my Heritage Points expire?
Your points stay fresh for 12 months to give you time to plan your next stay with us. We always use your earliest-earned points first during the redemption process.
8. What is the cost of signing up as a member?

9. Will I be issued an account number or membership ID?
We like to keep things easy and convenient for our members – your email address is your account number and/or membership ID. When you’re logged in, you can review your points history, reservation history and profile under the ‘My Account’ tab.
10. What happens if I delete my account?
It is hard to see you go, but if you no longer wish to be part of our community, do write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to close your account. Do note that upon confirmation of account closure, all points accrued will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash, nights, and/or credits.
11. I forgot my password on my Heritage Rewards account. What should I do?
Fear not! Click “Forgot password?” at the log in page, input your registered email address and follow the steps.
12. Where do I see my transaction history?
When you’re logged in, you can review your points history, reservation history and profile under the ‘My Account’ tab.
13. What other benefits do I get by joining Heritage Collection Rewards?
Enjoy access to exclusive discounts of up to 5% for your stay when you join us as a member. On top of that, you will enjoy up to 10% for stays 14 nights and above. When booking on your birthday month, you will enjoy an automatic 10% discount for any stay periods.
14. Can I book a member rate for my friends and families?
To hold on to the integrity of the program, the exclusive discounts can only be booked and enjoyed by members. Members also have to be physically present for registration upon check-in and throughout the entire stay period.
15. I just learnt about Heritage Collection Rewards during my stay. Can I earn retroactive points from my stay?
Unfortunately, no. All bookings made outside of the rewards program cannot be transferred and hence, no points will be accrued for stays not made with under our rewards programme.
