The stay was excellent, clean room, comfy bed and we feel such a private space for 4 nights. Divina & Rome was very supportive and helpful host. This is defo worth-spending stay in Singapore.

Pre-arrival was smooth, staff were excellent as was their automated system; location the hotel is great (food, bars, transport); room was rather small (even for Singapore) but well designed and clean; WiFi and shower, both strong; bed and pillows, spot on. As a frequent traveler to Singapore, will be staying here again as its value for money, and the location is great.

I had a great stay at Heritage Collection. The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient to get around Singapore, with many places easily accessible.

The room was very comfortable, and the facilities were super complete, making the stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Mary, Shannen, and Jamie for their excellent service and hospitality. They were very helpful, attentive, and made my stay even better.

I once again used Heritage Collection on Boat Quay Quayside Wing as my 2 day stopover base enroute to Sri Lanka, and it proved an excellent choice. These compact rooms have all you need, particularly for solo travelers who just want a great location with a good bed and bathroom facilities.

I will return whenever possible. There is no better place.

Overall, a very good experience. I really enjoyed my stay, especially the location, which was excellent and very convenient. Everything was clearly explained, including how to check in and what to do during the stay. The whole process was easy and well organized. I would be happy to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The Hotel is right next to an MRT Station and in the middle of the action in chinatown.
Pearl, Edmar and Kisha made us feel very welcome in a "unstaffed" hotel. All our request were graciously granted and for that we are very thankful.

Solid hotel in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Great night's sleep in a quiet, comfortable room. Attentive , friendly and helpful ambassadors Edmar & Pearl are always busy attending to every guest needs and request. Not forgetting Digital Concierge Kisha always available 24 hours and first thing is to check on every guest early in the day. Fast Wi-Fi and a fantastic location to look through the windows. I would be back very soon again. October ! After the F1 race end.

The cleanliness was outstanding, especially for a booking at this price point. The convenient location allowed us to venture out to many places in Bugis and the CBD. There were also many great local shops around the area.

From check-in to checkout Team Victoria always able to recognise me as a regular guest. Every request was handled within minutes although there's a slight delay this time due to the lights in my room. I had an absolutely fantastic stay from check-in to check-out! The hotel itself is wonderful, but it was the incredible staff that truly made this a five-star experience, especially Luna. I highly recommend staying here.

I did have a peaceful rest throughout the stay . Upon arrival, was greeted by heritage ambassador Pearl and orientated me regarding the room. Not forgetting also their digital concierge Kisha for assigning me regarding my check in. Love for them both .

I had an excellent experience with Heritage Collection Singapore. The service throughout my stay was warm, attentive, and professional, and the team made everything feel very easy and welcoming.

A special thank you to Edmar, Pearl, and Mitch, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were responsive whenever I needed assistance and really made an effort to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The level of hospitality from the team was outstanding, and it genuinely made a difference to my experience. I would happily stay with Heritage Collection again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed stay in Singapore.

I had a pleasant stay, and any power outages were resolved quickly.

The room is in a very convenient location near train stations on all sides, close to the mall and close to shopping areas. I liked the room. It is very clean and tidy. Nothing is missing. Maybe just a wall clock.

I will just say that the check-in experience is quite cumbersome. I have to download an app and learn how to use it and then continue to use it throughout the time. It would be easier if there was just a key that was locked with a code and then I use the key throughout the service because it was quite complicated for me to open the door every time.

But that's just my experience, other than that everything was great.

This is my third time staying at the property, and the experience has been great as always!

A minor detail. The aircon does not turn on when I turn it on from the floor. I will need climb to the bed area for the aircon to react to the on switch on the remote.

This was our 4th stay at this property a. it was as good as previous stays. Divina a. Rome kept checking if all was going well. They were always friendly. The only issue is no way to block out the light at night as there are no working shades. Even so, we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Singapore.

Our fifth stay at HeriColl and will keep coming back! The customer service is top-notch, big thanks to Divina, Rome and Belle. Who were super helpful and very prompt in responding to requests. We had a couple of online orders delivered during our stay and the team was very helpful with the receipt. Much appreciated!

The rooms are always clean and ideal for long stay. Earlier the rooms were equipped with cooking equipment and iron, now available on request. The items we requested were provided promptly. The mini-fridge in the apartment was convenient, only the freezer did not cool enough to keep ice cream frozen. There was some construction noise from next door but this did not cause a big problem for us because we were out and about most of the day.

Overall, we had a wonderful time. Everything at HeriColl is well thought out and organised. The team is always on hand to assist and so friendly. Thanks again, Divina, Rime and Belle for making our stay really great!

everything went smoothly as always. Location is very good and near to my office building.

We had a good experience with Heritage Collection! From easy booking process to the clear instructions for digital check-in. We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Divina during our arrival. Belle, Divina, and Rome made sure our stay was comfortable, and they were quick to respond to our queries.

Our room was comfortable for two. The place was clean and neat. We did hear some construction noise during the day, but we were informed about it ahead of time, and it did not disrupt our stay since we were out most of the day.

The location was also very accessible, with convenient transportation options and plenty of restaurants, bars, and attractions within walking distance.

Hercol is very nice space to stay. Spacious room, has my own balcony. It is very accesible to MRT/ Bus. Many places to go around the hotel, like: resto, cafe, minimarket.

Everything was so great. The room is bigger than most hotel in singapore. The location is perfect, walking distance to mrt, bus stop and food. The staffs (Maybelle, Divina, and Rome) were helpful and easily to get in touch. I will recommend this hotel for anyone who will visit singapore in both short or long time.

My stay at Heritage Collection on Victoria was flawless. From the get go the staff I met and interacted with were professional and helpful (Rome, Belle and Divina). These ladies were awesome and made the whole stay even better. Will definitely stay again here if I was to visit Singapore!

We stayed at Heritage collection boat quay earlier this month of August 2026. The hotel was very comfortable and extremely well designed despite being in such a high value business district.

I specially appreciate the effort of the hotel staff Shannen, Mary and Jamie who ensured the whole experience was trouble free and smooth.

We hope to be able to visit and stay at the property again in near future.

First-rate service and availability. The assistant, Mary, has been providing very prompt and helpful service. I recommend this hotel for the accommodation and the people who assist us.

For the price we pay, the accommodation is definitely unbeatable - centrally located, good access to public transports, etc. I would definitely recommend it to my friends! However, I would appreciate it more if the soundproofing is better. Our room is at the second floor and we could hear the loud music from the neighbouring bar on the ground floor at midnight.

My usual place for Singapore

As great as the location and accomodation was it was the staff and their communication that was the real standout for me, they made everything smooth and efficient and checked on everything, however I must add that the location was superb, beds were soooooo comfy and despite its location it was very very quiet at night

I really appreciated the support from the staff. My suggestion is to improve access so that it's not solely dependent on the phone to access the room. They should provide a key card.

The Heritage Ambassadors, Belle, Divina and Rome were friendly and helpful, making check-in seamless and kindly accommodating my late check-out request. Having a washer-dryer was also a great bonus. Highly recommend!

The staff are friendly and helpful. And the washer and dryer are good. Yet the room is too humid although there is a dehumidifier. I think it can be improved to give a better experience in this room.

We loved our stay in this hotel. The location was great, right at the riverfront of Boat Quay. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The online keys in the app on our mobile phones worked perfectly. We had some difficulty checking in, because we did not have internet connection, but the staff on the site (Shannen, Mary and Jamie) were very helpful with getting the online keys. Also when I asked for an extra key for the room where my daughters were staying, they arranged it quickly. They also provided us with plug adapters since I forgot to bring our own. The conversations by email and in the app were very friendly and helpful.
We had an amazing time and will definitely come back!

The apartment at 28 Smith street was great and the staff were very helpful and responsive

I enjoyed my stay at Smith! With three MRT stations within 5 to 12 minutes walk and hundreds of food stores nearby, the location can't be beat. I was worried about the noise level as Smith is crowded with tourists, but I actually did not hear any street noise from my studio.
The studio was very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the air con and WiFi works very well.
I just wish there was access to local channels on the TV set, and the shower head holder was installed higher. Clearer directions to locate the building will also be very helpful.
Xia, Mary and Dolly were very responsive and professional! I received helpful replies to my all requests within seconds.

Every staff member is full of enthusiasm and energy, ensuring that we received excellent care from before check-in until the end of our stay. The hotel’s location, pricing, and well-equipped facilities made us very satisfied. If we have the opportunity to visit Singapore again, we would choose to stay here once more.

There is room for improvement in floor cleanliness, and there is some mold around the air conditioning unit, but no musty smell is coming from it.

I wish the water can be warmer and stronger but other than this it was a good stay overall, thanks!

The location is perfect—right in the heart of Chinatown, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and public transport.

What truly stood out was the incredible staff: Carms, Mary and Maica. They were incredibly responsive to all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless experience. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

My second stay here. Each stay I have it is a pretty long stay and Hericoll at Ann Siang has been what I needed. (1) they have an unbeatable location which is near amazing food and a short walk many places (2) the service is top notch. Mary, Maica and Yani are clear and timely in their communications. Always responsive. (3) the cleaning is also good. Room is cleaning. Although on second stay certain things need a deeper clean eg the kettle needs a wash, the chair needs some stain removal — but these are small and manageable. (4) the free to use laundry is a massive perk. For someone who needs their laundry washed this is extremely helpful. (5) super value for money. The room rate is competitive and you get a lot for what you pay.

Окна не открываются. Не удобно носить вещи на 2 этаж. Поставили чайник, положите чай кофе в пакетиках, сахар. В отелях, как правило уборка делается каждый день, а.. не раз в 7 дней.

Номера маленькие, но все есть, даже стиральная машина и сушка. Холодильник, микроволновка чайник есть Окна не открываются. Повышенная влажность. Рядом китайский квартал, везде еда и сувениры.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location was really good being in the middle of Chinatown, you had every food option imaginable and also be close to 2 MRT stations, Chinatown and Maxwell.

At the time of this review the android app for online digital check-in is not available, however, the team consisting of Carms, Mary and Maica helped cordially during check-in and also throughout my stay. I didn't have an issue with the place but I felt like if I did, they would help me effectively as soon as possible!

Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Singapore, the team has made me feel very welcome and helped keep luggage well beyond checkout as I went out. It was a great experience!

It wasn't dusty and the countertops were spotless

It was a blissful stay at Heritage Collection on Chinatown. Our room was equipped with everything we needed during our 5-night stay. Even better, the customer service provided by the digital concierge Carmella, Mary, and Maica through WhatsApp was exceptional.
Just a side note, would be even better if a vacuum cleaner (ideally the cordless one) provided in the room. It got a little dusty after 2 days.

Nothing that I do not like about this property. Clean room, comfy bed, weekly housekeeping, great location, and fully equipped kitchenette (it even has 3 knives of different sizes and a chopping board)! Special shout-out to Ed, Ryan and Angelika, who have been super responsive and prompt to address questions & issues. Ed, especially, has been super helpful. I was having issues with the washer. Ed came by minutes after the issue was highlighted and even went the extra mile, offering to help me transfer the clothes to the dryer as he saw that I was in a call. I would want to come back again.

Apart from a few technical issues to get in, which I'm sure the team will improve upon, the stay was fantastic. You can't expect much from a 15m2 serviced apartment. However, the layout of the room, the facilities and location were great for a 6 night stay. My wife and I really enjoyed it. The support from Ed and the online team was great and extremely prompt.

The only limitation is there is nowhere to sit to eat a meal together.

Thank you Ed and Ryan for your help throughout our 4 weeks stay. Their responses to our text messages were always prompt, and they always took time to consider our requests (requests for additional items, checking our door lock, fixing our aircon). The accommodation is also very clean and well-maintained. As for noise levels, sometimes it gets quite rowdy at night and you can hear the music through the walls from the clubs downstairs but it's a tradeoff you'd have to deal with considering the prime location. Earplugs worked well for us and we were able to sleep soundly. Would be back for a long-term stay next time!

The digital key did not work for the first few tries and nly worked after attempting many times. Kim was helpful in guiding us, but it is a little troublesome to have to keep trying.
