Policies
- Check-in: 3:00PM
- Check-out: 11:00AM
- Cancellation: All bookings made are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable reservation and the guest is liable for the full-term until the departure date. Any unstayed nights are also non-refundable.
- Security/Incidental Deposit: Guests must provide a SGD $200 incidental deposit per room via credit or debit card pre-authorization. Any incidental charges will be deducted from this amount. The deposit will be fully reversed within 14 working days of check-out, depending on the issuing bank, provided no charges are incurred and all keys are returned.
- Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles left unsupervised, use of disposable bbq pits, etc.) is strictly not allowed within the room and building premises, including the balcony. A fine of SGD $1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking. The Management reserves the right to forfeit the full deposit and impose eviction and/or charge on the credit card.
- Pets, animals or reptiles are strictly not allowed in the property.
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years old, families with children below 18 years old are not allowed.
- Durians are strictly not allowed in the property. A fine of SGD $500 will be imposed should the guest be found to be bringing these into the property. The Hotel Management reserves the right to charge the credit card on file and/or impose eviction.
