• The apartment is furnished with a kitchen sink, Sofa Bed, and a Skylight window that cannot be opened
• Close proximity to landmarks such as CHIJMES, Suntec City, and Esplanade. Food and grocery options are also only a stone’s throw away!

• Flexible lease terms with minimum stay of 3 months is required
• Rates include weekly housekeeping and utilities
• This is a strictly non-smoking property. A fine of S$1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations.

Heritage Apartments Purvis is a digital aparthotel and access to your room is via a mobile key. To successfully retrieve the mobile key to your room, you’ll need to download our mobile app, complete your online registration, and provide a valid credit/debit card details for the S$200 incidental deposit hold.
