A fine of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking. The Management shall not be held liable for any damages to items due to the use of the laundry facilities.

Any transfers due to noise complaints will require a top-up fee depending on the price of the new apartment.
